My apology for not being able to make my submission via the poll. However,

Q3: 7 as my rating

Q4: 8 as my rating

Q5: 9 as my rating

Q6: 9 as my rating

Q7: Heather is an experienced folk and well knowledgeable of the ICANN
environment. Though the SSC do not have enough EOI for consideration and
that limits the thorough assessment that could probably be done. However, I
think Heather will do well in the role.
