[Gnso-ssc] Potential Draft Letter on second EOI for CRG

Hi Sophie,

Thanks for this. Out of curiosity, has the SSC in the past used a Google
doc to solicit feedback on a document, which would seem to be a far easier
method for members to contribute and for you to organize as the drafter?
