Hi Carlton,

Thanks again for providing this feedback about the survey format.

During today’s call, SSC members agreed that it would would be helpful to have an optional comments box after each scoring question. There was some support for the idea that if an SSC member feels that they are unable to score a candidate based on one of the criteria, they can select “N/A” and indicate in the comments box that there is not enough information to provide a score for the candidate on that item.

I had a look at the survey and wondered whether we could include a question for members to indicate whether the EOI materials submitted by candidate offers enough information for an informed decision, especially if you don't know the person?

As you all know, the standard SSC practice is to have members individually fill out a poll after reviewing candidate materials to help them organize their thoughts on the candidates and to support the SSC’s subsequent discussions.
