[Gnso-ssc] REMINDER: Poll Open - 2024 GNSO-Nominated Mentor to the ICANN Fellowship Program

Thanks Julie.  Regarding the poll, I note that two of the candidates have
not posted an SOI at ICANN.  Did we determine that this was not required
for submission as a candidate?  (I have to admit that I rely on the SOI
information when ranking candidates as it is a very concise resource. )

Separately, there are so many candidates that I don't be able to put
absolutely ALL of them in rank order.  I am probably able to name a "Top 5"
based on my review of the submissions and the SOIs for those candidates.
Is that okay?
