[GNSO-TPR] Gap Analysis

Hello All,

I hope everyone who is travelling home from Cancun has safe and smooth travels, and those of us who remained at home have good weather for the weekend! 

As we discussed at one of our meetings, I have provided some suggestions in the Transfer Reversal Gap Analysis doc outlining a potential process for registrars to interact and resolve a transfer dispute between themselves.
