As we are approaching our first major milestone, this work in reviewing the Initial Report and flagging is essential for the team to efficiently close out Phase 1a work and get to public comment. This isn't the time for deep debate or detailed discussions,
it will be a time for adding clarity to the team's recommendations and how the team got to its conclusions. It is important that each of the team members and SGs thoroughly review this Initial Report and flag any issues, the sooner issues can be addressed
the more efficient the entire process can be conducted (knowing issues prior to an Initial Report is much simpler to resolve then raising them after the Final Report).</div>
