<span lang="EN-US">at the At-Large Consolidated Policy Working Group (CPWG) meeting on Nov 30, 2022.<o:p></o:p></span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="color:black"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="color:black">The CPWG members attending the call agreed to recommend the Strawman proposal.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="color:black"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="color:black">However, there were CPWG members that proposed a system where the RNH
<b>must</b> positively acknowledge the transfer to proceed when receiving the “Losing FOA” (in the Strawman version). Our understanding is that - with the Strawman recommendation for Rec. 2, no response from the RNH will result in the transfer starts after
5 days.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
