[gtld-tech] gtld-tech Digest, Vol 13, Issue 1

Yes, providing the backend-side of the claims service seems more
reasonable than having to eternally support claims check and claims
acknowledgement by the registries and registrars.  I still don¹t
understand the driving need to support any form of the claims service long
past the launch claims period.
