Using Ripe Atlas we collect data about various resolvers around the
world. We will watch what happens with them during rollover. If all
cgoes fine, there is no a lot to tell, but at least I tell about
the method used and maybe some other interesting data we collect.

Time required?  no idea but let's pencil in 20 minutes
