[ICANN Academy WG] Pilot leadership training in Toronto - decision on the dates

I'm still a little puzzled that this even has come 'ready cooked'.

When the ccNSO sent me to the WG I thought this was to work with 
volunteers and staff to develop the Academy ab initio.

It does seem to me that there may be a difference of approaches, and we 
need to consider carefully how to synthesise these.
