[ICANN Academy WG] Draft outline for a Pilot Leadership Training / Programme in Toronto

Dear Sandra and all,

I have voted for the other option but I think this is a wise decision to postpone the pilot to Beijing and to use the time in Toronto and afterwards to collect further inputs and to find broad based approval from all constituencies. I realized, those who have been involved in the draft project and the ALAC WG from the beginning had a clearer understanding about what this Leadership Training is supposed to yield but this needs to be translated into a common understanding. Because the project and its approach as such is too important for a "quick shot" what may harm the whole idea.

Thanks again for all your energy and inputs for paving the ground -- it's now on the whole community to bring it to maturity.

Kind regards,
Wolf
