Hi Glenn, what means RFP? I was actually quite lucky when I realised that
ICANN Staff decided for a tool which was also proposed by members of the WG
(you and Siva) and I think they got to similar conclusions as you did. I
informed Chris and Nora that a Academy moodle demonstration already exists
and forwarded Sivas email address to them, in case they want to build upon
it.

I too had to be at  NOMCOM 

I do wonder why the  current  ICANN staff never bothered to ask  Siva or
myself why we advocated for a Moodle,  I also wonder why the RFP wasn't
shared with  Siva who produced a Academy moodle for demonstration.
