[ICANN Academy WG] Pilot Leadership Training proposal for Buenos Aires

Thanks, Sandra, for the draft. We may wish to give more information on a
couple of things.

1. Is there a "definition" or explanationary note for the "community
leaders" in the Scope?

2. Are these leaders required or "encouraged" to participate in the
Program? Can they appoint "proxies" if they themselves are not available?

3. Will all the participants' travel be supported by ICANN? Or, will it be
linked up with the current supporting system existing in community?
