Dear Sandra and all,

If I may adopt Jonathan's words for myself ...

I echo Chuck’s and Jonathan's good wishes but must, as they, remove 
myself from the list as the pressures of work have made it impossible 
for me to participate responsibly as I would wish.

Thank you all for your consideration and I look forward to seeing the 
results of your significant work.
