Thank you sandra for your clarification.

I believe that the figure of 5 persons has the merit to make the work efficient. A group of 15 to 20 persons can’t be efficient.
I didn’t volunteer so far, but I now decided to volunteer with the remark that I will withdraw for the best one who will represent my culture.
