Milton,
Please accept my sincere apologies, I actually sent the original email about a week ago to ensure everyone got ample notice. However it seemed to get stuck in the ICANN mailing list machinery somewhere (This is possibly my fault anyway) I inly realised this had not been sent to the wider list just before the meeting yesterday at which point I pinged Claudia and she released it.

I will of course do my best to ensure this doesn’t happen again in the future.

Sorry Again.

Brett

Brett
Wouldn't it be nice if we were informed of the lack of need for a synchronous meeting BEFORE we dragged ourselves out of bed at 5 am? Say, a couple of days before? Can you provide any explanation for this retroactive notice, and some assurances that it won't happen again?
