[input-to-atrt2] RySG input on Questions on Accountability and Transparency within ICANN

The Registries Stakeholder Group (RySG) respectfully submits the attached comments on the ATRT2's "Questions to the Community on Accountability and Transparency within ICANN."  Although a formal vote was not taken due to time constraints, these comments have the support of the RySG Executive Committee and other Members.
