[Internal-cg] ICG Secretariat

Please note that as a result of the meeting we specially have no contact points, unless specified on a per item basis.  I think we need to reconsider that position, but that is where we are.  The suggestion was that press or other enquiries would be addressed by providing a list of contacts, each of which would only  speak on their behalf unless the group decided otherwise on a topic by topic basis.
