[Internal-cg] Travel Support for Community Engagement

We all agree community engagement is crucial for our work. It would be a
pity if some of us had time and energy to engage with those developing
proposals and could not do so due to lack of travel funds. I personally
encourage everyone of us in that situation to come forward. We will see
if ICANN or someone else can support you.
