FWIW, I did not say this explicitly but I support this view of using ICANN. One additional task for ICANN is to fund the whole thing.

We do not need bureaucracy. We need to do things the right way.

I think a step in the potential direction would be adding too much bureaucracy without gaining much better optics.

I also think ICANN has managed the task as a temporary secretariat has worked.
