Thank you very much for reply.
I did not ask you to direct any message to any individual.
I did send my comments relating to RFP I repeat RFP two times to every one
but no  further development.
In the draft  procedure it is mentioned that if views of the minority is
not taken into account they have to discuss that with chairs and Vice chairs
On that approach I asked you to advise why my comments relating to the
Draft RFP that I sent to all as Rev 2 of my comment was not taken into
account
In the V14 there are legal inconsistencies which should be removed
