[Internal-cg] scheduling meetings

Agree with this.  There is significant overlap between the membership of
this group, ICANN, and other IG events (IGF, PP14, etc.)

Synchronizing meeting calendars may also cut down on travel & meeting
expenses, personal or ICANN.
