[Internal-cg] charter version to go out on the web

Thanks for your careful review and suggestions.

The draft charter has been posted to the web yesterday. We agreed to approve the charter in two weeks, which gives us an opportunity to make changes if needed.

My personal opinion is that we should be careful in selecting what changes are to be put in the charter and what might actually be separate items. If we add something, it should be a lasting definition - the chairs and their number for instance might be a separate note. A note now that indicates that we’ve selected Alissa as the interim chair… another note later with the permanent chairs… Also, if we are going to add more substance to the definition of rough consensus, maybe a reference to RFC 7282 might be a more complete way of doing that. (However, I am a bit wary of entering a lengthy discussion now about the decision process, in case there are debates about the exact definition.)
