[Internal-cg] Co-chair roles document for comment

I hummed remotely for two co-chairs and still support that number.  After reviewing the description, I think that having just one would be too much work for one person without a sufficient level of official support/back-up from the group.  Having three would be inefficient and they would be tripping over themselves a bit as Mary mentions.  Best, Jon
