[Internal-cg] Private meeting on the 12th - interpretation?

One issue that came up during RAA negotiations:  Is it possible to operate
an Adobe Connect room without some involvement from Staff?  I was under
the impression that AC didn¹t work this way.  Or can they start the room
but then recuse themselves?
