Thank you very much for the effrots
Yes it is good to have a restricted list.
Pls note that I am agaist using any weighting factor unless I know the
logic and rational
I am not infavour of any entitiy which has dierect or indirect relation
with any of the 13 communities referred to in ICG activities
The secretariat  should be OUT SIDE THESE COMMUNITIES
