[Internal-cg] ICG meeting Friday of LA ICANN meeting

Looks good to me too and seems to have good room for observers ..

Have we announced somehow that the ICG meeting in LA is open to observers? (apologies if the answer is yes and I have missed it) ..

If not, I think it's important for the community to know early enough that the meeting will be open for observers, particularly as the meeting is taking place after the ICANN week, and some may need to change their travel plans should they decide to attend ..
