[Internal-cg] Proposed agenda for Sept 17 call

I would think that its appropriate for us to lay out a structure we
think would help us, as an opening concept, while the other process is
still in development. This should not be something dictated to us but
rather developed jointly with us. Now seems to be the appropriate time
to start thinking about it.
