I must unfortunately agree with Milton here. Given this process was started in 1997, supposed to be in 2000 where we are now, it seems we are running according to "an interesting time scale".

That said, I am at the same time impressed with how the three operational communities have worked the last couple of months. I do not think I have since 1997 seen such energy and effort. In a positive way.

Lets hope it does not backfire.
