[IOT] FW: Sidley Response to Question from IRP Implementation Oversight Team

Attached is the reply from outside counsel to the question I sent them regarding timing of IRP claims as we have discussed in last call and on list at times.



This reply will be on our agenda for next meeting – reminder our next meeting is next Friday at 13:00 UTC.



I will forward an agenda next week, probably on Wednesday. I will also forward two draft letters I plan to write – one to SOs/ACs advising them of coming activities of concern to them regarding IRP and one to PTI customers about possible special rules. I would like to discuss those drafts as well.
