Hi all
We have our next IOT call at 1700 UTC tomorrow (Tuesday).  Please see the proposed agenda:

  1.  Review agenda and updates to SOIs
  2.  Review Action items:
     *   SP to propose a strawperson on Rule 3 - Composition of the IRP Panel
  3.  Discussion of the Rule 3 strawperson  (attached)
  4.  Next Call tbc

Regarding agenda items 2 & 3, please find attached a mark-up of the current Rule 3 on Composition of the IRP Panel as a proposal for consideration and discussion by this group.  I would like to thank Kristina Rosette for her assistance and input on this, on very short notice.

To assist in our discussion, could I suggest that you please refamiliarise yourselves with the following in advance of the call:
