[IOT] IOT - Additional meeting on 15 August

Given that we are moving towards our September deadline for possibly
producing a public consultation on our work so far, Susan would like to
schedule an additional call for Tuesday August 15th at 18:00 UTC in
addition to our regular meetings of the 8th and 22nd.

Please advise if you cannot make this meeting.
