[IOT] Draft Legal Text of IRP Supplementary Procedures for Public Comment

Dear IRP-IOT members,

Please find attached the draft legal text of the IRP Supplementary Procedures proposed to be put out for public comment. The document includes, at the outset, an explanatory note detailing the methodology behind the drafting process and the sources from which the draft text was derived. This note is for the IOT’s information only and should be removed from the document before publication for public comment. Additionally, within the draft document are some notes for the IOT’s consideration of potential updates or refinements to the rules before going out for public comment.
