and addressed (as appropriate) the final text of the rules to be adopted by the Board will be prepared by ICANN</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">
</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">Legal, for review by this group. There will be further opportunity, therefore, to pick up issues of drafting, if necessary.</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt">
