which are supposed to be dedicated to and provide extendied periods for policy development discussions, can we not ask for an extended period during the meeting itself?</li><li class="">In addition, other teams have requested and received funding for intercessional face-to-face meetings: CPH contract negotiations, RSS-GWG as examples. I am sure there are others. </li></ol>

As we have seen, trying to finalize the supplemental rules is complex and challenging work. And we have more than just supplemental rules to address – for instance we should consider things such as a rule on limitations on appeals (Bylaw 4.3(w)), additional
independence requirements for the standing panel (including possible term limits) (Bylaw 4.3(q)), and more. <o:p class=""></o:p></div>
