allows them to select those Standing Panel members who are available. If they cannot agree, then the process in (b) – (e) applies. Having the parties agree their own process is itself in line with the ICDR procedure. If there is not support for this compromise,
however, we can simply delete it and retain the remaining subparagraphs. <o:p></o:p></span></li></ul>
