I have attached the comments just filed by the IPC in connection with the
Westlake Draft Report on the GNSO Review.

I would like to thank Mike Rodenbaugh (lead), Susan Payne, Steve Metalitz,

McElwaine for all of their hard work on this lengthy and well-considered
comment.
