[IPC-GNSO] Fwd: IGF-USA 2016 - Extra tickets made available, barely still time to register!

Looks like IGF-USA is selling out -- a new block of tickets has just been
made available.  These might be in the pit in front of the stage -- if so,
make sure to wear an ICANN meeting t-shirt and be prepared to cheer.  Face
painting is encouraged but not necessary.
