FYI. The URS and UDRP redline documents are provided in PDF by design to minimize the risk we could fall into by commenting on “non-rec23 updates”
As you know, this implementation is limited to a very narrow specification to make an update instructed by the EPDP Recommendation 23 only.
It’s important to keep in mind, the work of the RPM PDP WG chartered with examining the URS and UDRP for potential updates.

I’d like us to collect the comments about these three documents in the shared analysis doc.

Dennis,

One substantive issue and one procedural issue regarding Rec. 23:
- The updated rules do not mention the responsibility of complainant to handle PII of registrant; complainant needs to abide by the same privacy requirements that the processors and controllers have to.
- The updated rules are not available in editable/suggestible  format to the IRT
