Dear IRT,

Below you can see an example of IRT members collaborating using comments.
Question asked; answer provided; comment resolved.
This has been working well and I think probably most efficient.
From here on out, IRT members may and should resolve their own comments if they wish.
Otherwise, staff will be resolving the comments as needed while documenting them along the way for reference.

These fields are yellow/optional in Rec 8, why are they a MUST here? Should they not be a MAY?

I might be mistaken (please correct me if I am), but my understanding is that the yellow (optional) color-code is the the processing activity of collection of this data. However, if the data is collected, then its transfer to a DEA is required, provided that the requirements in recommendations 8.1 and 8.2 are fulfilled.
