[IRT.RegDataPolicy] Definitions

Dennis and IPT/IRT,



I have some feedback on the definitions in the draft Registration Data Policy google document (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1vERmZ21Rq3jI-taPmc2W2HVW05DIFg6WmtG_StRopT4/edit) but before I can provide that I need to better understand the context of the definitions.  Are the definitions intended solely for use as reference to someone reading the Registration Data Policy (as the glossary was in the phase 1 recommendations) or are they intended to have broader meaning outside these policy recommendations applicable to other policies and procedures?



Obviously the answer to that has pretty significant implications so I want to make sure I'm clear on the intent.
