Dear IRT,

As we discussed at the kick-off meeting, the most of the IRT work is expected to be done using emails and collaborative documents.
The IRT meetings will be used to resolve issues requiring phone discussions.

Here is Task #8
Recommendation 1: Purposes - review and provide comment in the RecAnalysis sheet
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1r8yMMEFIFS-KHGMsnLdVbdn0O_GWhf7vNLlNIZYP47U/edit#gid=557647556

This is the first assignment for an IRT review of the recommendation and my instruction will be detailed.
For future review assignments, the email will be brief.

For each recommendations, the IRT will review the following in this order:

  1. Recommendation from the EPDP Team Phase 1 in the Final Report
  2. The Board resolution and direction contained in the Scorecard
  3. Requirements statement prepared by the IPT that
  4. IPT Action stating the implementation tasks IPT plans to take to build an implementation plan

To facilitate IRT review and collaboration, the RecAnalysis sheet has been designed to contain each of the above items in order.

After review, each IRT members will indicate completion of review by adding their initials in Column F if in agreement and there is no outstanding issues.
If there is outstanding objections, questions, or suggestions, please comment in Column G with your initial.

IPT will monitor the Column F & G to pace the assignment and initiate further discussions.
This will also be used to set agenda for the IRT calls.

For those new to policy implementation and working with me on implementation projects, this may come as overwhelming or confusing.
Please feel free to reach out to me, other members of the IPT and IRT.
