[IRT.RegDataPolicy] Rec 2: EPDP Team Phase 2 work on additional purposes

Good Afternoon,

I have a couple questions (sorry I missed the first meeting may be some of this was covered).

On the IRT Task Checklist tab:
#4 – Maybe I missed it, but can a link be shared to the IRT Wiki?
#5 – Again, maybe I missed it, but can a link be shared to the IRT Team Drive?
#7 – I can answer that the implementation time will be dependent on the scope of changes the IRT identifies. This may be the typical six months, it may be more, it may be less, right now it is impossible to say.

For items #8 and #9 (and I assume subsequent items) you are just asking IRT members if they agree with the specific IPT actions listed in relevant column E of the RecAnalysis tab? And if the IRT agrees with those actions, the IPT will execute and, if necessary, provide relevant outputs for IRT review?

This recommendation analysis was discussed with the pre-IRT on 20190424 and gained their support on the IPT action.
Now we are seeking the IRT review and support.

Same steps in you review as explained in my email yesterday on Recommendation 1.
