Yes, the links for 4 &5 were provided at the kick-off meeting. Probably why Marc didn’t add the links for those ☺
Now you have it from Andrea and she’ll add them to the workbook as well.

Thanks for your answer to #7. We suspected as much but good to get a clear feedback from the IRT.
We invite inputs from other IRT members; especially from those on the EPDP Team that recommended the 29 Feb 2020 date.
We’d like to leverage prior thinking if we can as we expedite our implementation planning.

For #8 and #9 and subsequent assignments on the review of the recommendation analysis,
IRT is asked to review the Requirements (Column C)  and IPT actions (Column E) provided by the IPT based on the Recommendation and the Board Action.
If you agree with the IPT’s analysis and actions to be taken, we’d like to see that you’ve reviewed them and agree by indication of your initial in Column F.
It’s been my experience that not all IRT members participate in all activity but I am looking for a strong indication that we are going about this in the right way.
If the IRT requires additional information, please note your request in Column G.

I have a couple questions (sorry I missed the first meeting may be some of this was covered).

On the IRT Task Checklist tab:
#4 – Maybe I missed it, but can a link be shared to the IRT Wiki?
#5 – Again, maybe I missed it, but can a link be shared to the IRT Team Drive?
#7 – I can answer that the implementation time will be dependent on the scope of changes the IRT identifies. This may be the typical six months, it may be more, it may be less, right now it is impossible to say.

For items #8 and #9 (and I assume subsequent items) you are just asking IRT members if they agree with the specific IPT actions listed in relevant column E of the RecAnalysis tab? And if the IRT agrees with those actions, the IPT will execute and, if necessary, provide relevant outputs for IRT review?

This recommendation analysis was discussed with the pre-IRT on 20190424 and gained their support on the IPT action.
Now we are seeking the IRT review and support.

Same steps in you review as explained in my email yesterday on Recommendation 1.
