With this Recommendation, the IPT considered options for implementation as we encountered the need for treatment of data elements unmentioned in the recommendation.

Please read this document with proposed policy language, implementation notes, and the options considered.

IPT recognizes that this recommendation implementation is highly complex and could be time consuming for review.
At the next IRT meeting, we will go over all prior assignments including this one to support the IRT’s review.
