[IRT.RegDataPolicy] Rec 2: EPDP Team Phase 2 work on additional purposes

Dear IRT,

This is an implementation process, I’d like the IRT to get familiar with.

Recommendation 2 analysis was assigned for IRT review on 5 June 2019 with a due date of 11 June 2019.
As of now, you’ll note that 9 IRT members registered their support of the requirement and the IPT’s action for it.
That’s 9 out of 30 IRT members in support with 0 objections and 0 questions.

I am alerting you that we are going to consider this recommendation closed.
This means that we do not expect further work on this recommendation and therefore put it behind us.
I see from some IRT comments that there are interplay among recommendations we need to attend to but this particular one is not one of them.
And therefore, we should close it.

As I mentioned earlier, not all recommendations were meant for the implementation team’s action
and therefore it is best that we agree on that intention and move pass it as efficiently as we can.

To close an item doesn’t mean that we cannot open discussions again.
When we have our implementation built and before we publish it for Public Comment, we will review everything one more time.

This recommendation analysis was discussed with the pre-IRT on 20190424 and gained their support on the IPT action.
Now we are seeking the IRT review and support.
