[IRT.RegDataPolicy] Rec 3: EPDP Team Phase 2 work on standardised model

Dear IRT,

Recommendation 3 is similar to 2 as it does not result in a requirement for an implementation.
As of now, 8 IRT members registered their support of the requirement and the IPT’s action for it.
So far there has not been any questions, concerns, discussion, or objection on this item.
Unless we hear from the IRT, we will close this item and put it behind us also.

Reminder: Prior to publication for public comment preceding, we will review all recommendations to ensure we did not miss any interplay among them.
