[IRT.RegDataPolicy] RegDataPolicy IRT meetings plan

Dear IRT,

We are extending the IRT meetings from 60 minutes to 90 minutes
As we get deeper into the recommendations and implementation requirements analysis, we may need more time for IRT team discussion.
I’ve noted several comments requesting IRT discussion with Rec 5.
Our next meeting in Marrakech is already set up for 90 minutes.
