[IRT.RegDataPolicy] New tool: Analysis Status Map

Dear IRT,

As we are nearing the end of our recommendation analysis, I’d like to introduce you to a new tool I call Analysis Status Map
I will refer to this as the Analysis Map for short and it’s added as the 2nd sheet in the IRT workbook.

As we all struggle to keep up with multiple parallel activities, I mean for us to keep our focus on the first part of our implementation planning. As you recall, the first two steps are:

Requirements Analysis


Per the IRT’s request, we’ve postponed our review of R12 and therefore we aren’t technically complete with step 1.
However, there is much we’ve accomplished with Step 2 and we’ll see if we can conclude with the exception of Rec 12 which is still in discussion at the GNSO.

We will use the Analysis Map to keep track of where we are on the analysis and draw our attention on where it needs to be.
This is our initial take as discussion continue and the colors are expected to change.
