The language in the Google document reads:



This recommendation is a commitment statement by the EPDP Team to execute in Phase 2 of their work. It does not contain any action on the part of the implementation team.



I’m in agreement with this assessment and with closing this item.  I’m not exactly sure what this means for the final policy.  Do you intend to put something into the policy language indicating that there is no policy resulting from recommendation 2 or will it simply be left out of any policy documents?
